Pine Canyon Lake Association Annual Dues Reminder
Please remember to pay your annual PCLA Dues for 2025. The annual Dues are $350 for each Improved lot and $300 for each Unimproved lot. Your household should have received on July 1 an email sent for the PCLA Board by Karl King with an attached PDF file containing the invoice for the Dues on your property. If you did not receive the email or have difficulty downloading the attached invoice, please contact Karl at [email protected] or (574) 298-7919. To pay your Dues, please send a check made out to PCLA to P.O. Box 561, Angola, IN 46703, or drop it off to Marsha Beck at 135 Lane 100 Pine Canyon Lake.
Payment is due August 15, 2025
As per Section 12 of the Covenants, a late fee of $10 per lot will be assessed, beginning on August 16, 2025, for each month dues remain unpaid.
