Please remember that payment of Annual PCLA Dues for 2025 is due by August 15. To pay your Dues, please send a check made out to PCLA to P.O. Box 561, Angola, IN 46703, or drop it off to Marsha Beck at 135 Lane 100 Pine Canyon Lake.
As per Section 12 of the Covenants, a late fee of $10 per lot will be assessed, beginning on August 16, 2025, for each month dues remain unpaid.
